Scenario: "I purchased a deal good for two Personalized Tea Towels, but I only received one."

Possible Cause: You only have one towel at check out when you completed your order.

If you are using a discount / voucher Code, please make sure the quantity in your cart matches the quantity that your code is good for. For example, If you have a voucher code good for two hand towels, then you must adjust the quantity to have two hand towels in your shopping cart before you proceed to check out.
Please note that Groupon, Living Social, WagJag voucher codes are only good for one time use.

What we can do to to resolve this issue is to provide a new code that you can use as a one time courtesy so that you can place a new order for the remaining item/s that you missed.

Please note that the voucher code issued will only cover for the item cost and not the shipping.
