Scenario: "I received the wrong size, this is too big / small".

The sizes of the items we sell are already indicated in the product page.

If you received an item that is far off than the size that is indicated, please send us a photo of the said item that shows its measurements so that we can forward it to our production department and and request for a replacement to be processed.

Please note that the sizes indicated on our website are just the approximate.
